KEYHOLDING/ALARM RESPONSE
Key holding Alarm Response:
The Customer benefits from the knowledge that should there be an emergency at their premises during non-working hours, Eagle Gold Security Nationwide security Services Limited will be in attendance quickly and positively whatever the problem. An Alarm Response may not necessarily be due to a potential or actual break-in, it may be for reasons of fire or flood, therefore the response could result in preventing a major disaster to the Customer’s property.
On receipt of an Alarm Activation the Mobile Patrol Officer will draw the key(s) from our secured unit within our Control Room, with only a serial number attached to the key(s) for identification purposes. Thus prevention of unauthorised personnel obtaining keys and identifying which premises they belong is eliminated.
On arrival at the Customer premises the Mobile Officer will methodically investigate the area concerned. Then depending on the relevant site instructions and/or the initial findings, will either, enter the premises or in the event of an attempted or actual break-in will call the Police, bearing in mind preservation of evidence to the scene of crime. Whether the Alarm activation has been caused through criminal action or other means the Officer will remain at the premises until all is safe.
The officer can organize either a boarding up service/window repair service or even door repair should it be necessary. Keys are then returned to the Control Room and re-serialized with a new number and records updated. A full Incident Report is either left at the premises or submitted the following day via, fax, e-mail, or post.
