Manned Static Guarding:

Eagle Gold Security is keen to deliver a consistently high quality of service. This can only happen if we maintain a stable workforce, which in itself can only be achieved by;

When the staff profile needed for the customer’s specific requirements has been defined a search is conducted of the employee database for suitable candidates, especially those who have qualified through their own efforts, for promotion, whether it is in rank or higher rates of pay. When further staff is required we employ outside agencies and advertise through numerous media resources, to find candidates with the right background, experience and attitude for the relevant position.

All potential candidates undergo a number of processes from the initial interview and completion of an aptitude test, through to the final interview. If the candidate successfully passes the final interview process, the candidate will be carefully screened and vetted and will then go on to a training program and will be processed through to licensing.

Our interview techniques are part of our Quality Process Procedures and BS7499 Standards.  All screening is in accordance with BS7858 and SIA Licensing Regulations
